Abstract EN

The aim of this article to the statement of the priority of the jurisprudence of the coalition on the jurisprudence of the disagreement,And show this priority needs a statement for two reasons: First: the jurisprudence of disagreement got lucky research and study found broad way in the life of the current Muslims.

Second: The activation of this priority in the life of the contemporary Muslim to reform themselves in more than one field.

In the article, the rules of the realities of the coalition Juristic disagreement on the relationship between them we would help to the desired goal in the forefront of which is the report of the jurisprudence of the coalition introduce a new curriculum in Islamic studies.
