This article trys to adress a linguitic issue which had operated the ancient and recently scientists.

indeed, the issue of the language faclty was related to the linguistic investigations since the Indians, Greece, the romans and even the Arabs both in their grammatical or morphological, or even in their acoustic studies in order to understand the nature of the human language.

and when we return to our heritage, we find the great scientist ibn Khaldun had dealt with this issue in a way that makes us be surprised.
