At time when increased of crises an conflicts in Algeria crisis of tigentourine hqppened the 16 January 2013 , the result of this terrorist attack killed and wounded, and with information prevail mislead the blackout and distortion , this makes us wonder about the credibility of what can be read in newspapers, and knowing where neutrality and objectivity in ''chaab '' newspaper coverage of the crisis ,or that exceed to addressing the media crisis, and finding solution in according to its policy and serve the interests of certain interests.
