The increasing concern of public authorities for the protection of the human right to a healthy environment has resulted in major changes to the national legal texts, of which the administrative judge ensures the implementation of adequate procedures on a daily basis guaranteeing citizens the enjoyment of the right to a healthy environment, so administrative jurisprudence has made it possible to specify the scope of the main principles of environmental protection in order to ensure better protection of the human right to a healthy environment and favorable to practice other rights in the matter.
