Penal Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution, outside the court known as Alternative Dispute Resolution; it is an alternative to the criminal justice system, today is very necessary because it is expected to reduce the accumulation of the case; mediation is a breakthrough as judges, prosecutors and investigators can perform an instrument of restorative justice.
