The profession of engineer real estate expert is a codified profession submitted to the previous aproval of The National institution of engineers architects experts, this profession empowers him legal functions in the framework of their technical tasks, within the limits of the statutory obligations.

To shed light on this profession i will try to highlight the legal as well as technical obligations of the real estate engineers experts, and liability arising from the breach of such obligations.
