Abstract EN

This study aims to provide the Islamic discourse for unemployment problem, in the shadow of the postural economy with its different schools that failed to find effective and long-term solutions.

Moreover, the focus was on the importance of work in the Islamic economy because it represents the essence of the difference in the interpretation of unemployment.

In addition, it presents a comprehensive image about how Islam attempts to overcome unemployment by using a preventive ways, as well as with integrated solutions if it were present.

The study found that the Islamic discourse of unemployment cannot give the desired result in the present day without an objectively programs applicable in light of the possibilities and implementations mechanisms, So it have to be an Islamic economy integrated approach.
