The article tries to analysis and discussion to the subject addressed is becoming increasingly important to the academic and applied levels, as it acquires the subject of the e-learning increasingly important today as one of the portals that help improve the educational process , the subject of the study increasingly needed in light of the new global transformations , as is becoming increasingly important topic being a important issues to contribute to the solution of educational problems.

concluded the article to improve the efficiency of universities , quality has become a necessity , and thus benefit from the same effectiveness and efficiency of global experiences after the improvement has become an important and necessary measure , given what faces those universities from many challenges as a result of changes in the surrounding environment, and is an e-learning is an important tool that can contribute to the improve the efficiency of universities and increase their ability to cope with the surrounding changes.
