Abstract EN

This research aims at the impact of the leadership skills on the creativity of workers in FERTIAL ANNABA Company.

To achieve this goal the researcher undertook a field study by interviewing a sample represented by workers.

This study led to several conclusions including the impact of the humanity, intellectual, organizational and technical leadership skills on the creativity.

Based on these results we proposed some recommendations for the managers of the company.
