At the beginning of the third millennium, the Algerian economy has moved into a new phase after the success of the national reconciliation policy that has brought stability and security.

This policy vanekst on other areas, including the economic field.

The continuous oil recovery helped by what is known as the oil boom since 2000 to improve the overall mass of the indicator, or balances move from deficit to surplus, and rates move from contraction to growth.

The last few months with a new oil crisis have affected the Algerian economy.

Expansionary policies adopted since 2001 were canceled and offset by the deflationary austerity policies.

Efforts to accelerate the adoption of productivity focused strategies to ensure the transition from a rentier economy to a production.

this study aims to provide a set of proposals for the adoption of a comprehensive economic diversification program in three sectors: industry, agriculture, tourism.

Hence we try to provide sub-axes strategies for each active area between them and the proposal on the one hand, then focus on the requirements and operating other mechanisms.
