This article presents tools and modern diagnostic techniques applicable in developed countries like the United States, Britain and France, to assess the capacity and cognitive functions for example (attention and memory......etc.) By describing informatics (k-classic) battery, In light of the classic tools and methods of diagnosis and evaluation in Algeria like (K-ABC).So, do we keep up with this terrible technological development, which touched all fields and disciplines starting from space sciences and the universe to the exact sciences and computer science to include even the humanities and social sciences? From this point we want to highlight in this article overlap each of the medical sciences, psychology and computer science and its role in the understanding and interpretation of the psychology of human behavior as a phenomenon subject for study and analysis in accordance with the modern scientific method.

If we take for example the study of attention and working memory among cognitive abilities higher, which can be infected and break down their performance, the reasons, assumptions and interpretations vary depending on trends in theoretical models, tools and methods of diagnosis and evaluation vary as well as from classical to modern methods and are in continuous evolution.
