This article was based on a field study in which I use the questionnaire distributed to some Algerian companies in order to examine the relationship between different types of innovation and performance, as we have using multiple linear regression to examine the impact of each of the management innovation and innovation in the product or even innovation in the process on the performance of companies.
As for the results, we found that most of the Algerian companies that have been targeted are able to increase the performance and survival in the market, And so by relying primarily on innovation in the process and a second degree on management innovation and to the contrary it became clear that innovation in the product contributes negatively on the performance of Algerian companies.
