This study is an attempt to shed Light on an important motive of the motives of treaties and agreements in Mesopotamia, namely the economic motives (agricultural-trade- industrial) of treaties and agreements held by the King of Mesopotamia with cities and Kingdoms inside and outside Mesopotamia to Organize and develop agricultural and Commercial raw materials that are Lacking (Minerals- Wood-Stones).
