The objective of this study is to identify the skills development of reality and their role in the career planning strategy in the Saidal group, an analytical study with a survey aimed at collecting a body composed of (97) Saidal executives in the group, has confirmed the presence of a positive relationship between the operation of the development of human skills and the planning of the professional career.
