Abstract EN

This study aims at studying the level of psychological compatibility of handicapped vocational trainees in the vocational training center for handicapped in laghouat.

in order to reach the aims of this study, the researcher has chosen the scale of psychological compatibility of Mustapha Sahi.

the psychometric characteristics of the scale have been checked on a samples of 30 handicapped of the same features of the population study, whereas the main study based on descriptive research method is applied on a population study composed of 32 male and female handicapped (having physical, deafness and slight intellectual disability) in the vocational training center for handicapped in laghouat.

data has been collected and analyzed based on Spss software.

the results of the study reveal that : the level of psychological compatibility of handicapped vocational trainees in the vocational training center for handicapped is above average.
