Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the motives of violent behavior among Algerian university students in university life.

To achieve this, the researcher applying causing violent behavior among young university motives scale of the preparation of each of the Congratulations "Mohamed Osman penitent and Azza Mohammed Suleiman" , on a sample of (178) students and sophomore (l, m, d), Department of Social Sciences at the University of the Arab Benmehidi - or residuals.

The results showed that the most important motivation for the behavior of violence among the Algerian university students are respectively: media drives, and then followed by the psychological motivations motives related to aspects of family educational, cultural and motives.
