Searching for the theorizing side of arbitrariness in prophet's speech (hadeeth) is very important, so we can extract its applications in the actions of companions -May Allah be pleased with them - and deduce the prophet's decisions in those situations which are related to arbitrariness, especially concerning dealings and contracts as it happens a lot and people need it.
