Abstract EN

The study deals with the conceptual and theoretical framework of violence in society.

The aim of the research is to introduce the concept of violence and related concepts, and then to review the main ideas of thirty-one of these theories and models of violence, which - to facilitate their understanding - were classified into six groups according to the type and nature of factors and processes that produce violence: structural theories, theories of mental processes and sensory stimuli, theories of discipline of laws, theories of the path of personal growth, theories of behavioral acquisition, and theories of biological agents.

One of the most important conclusions of the research and its results studies of violence and related theories leads to an increase in our understanding of the phenomenon of violence and encourage theoretical and applied research efforts to rethink the way we discuss the violence and the concepts and theories associated with it.
