The terrorism’s propaganda through the internet has become on of the most serious crimens of informatics at the present time, especially with the use of the internet in all aereas of daily life, for this reason this study search for causes and prevention.

The word terrorism propaganda over the internet , has become inherent to the concept of information technology ant the virtual world, which pushed the international community to adopt Budapest Convention2001, to face the most dangerous types of crimes of terrorism, clearly demonstrated the relationship between terrorism and the internet , into the face of electronic terrorism and prosecute criminals, starting from the pursuit of tracing in the virtual world before moving the real world for trial.
