La presse écrite joue aujourd’hui un rôle de premier plan dans la vie des individus et des sociétés, elle est appelée à faire la lumière sur les obstacles au développement afin de créer une opinion publique consciente aidant au développement de la société, à assurer son bien-être et pour résoudre les problèmes résultants de la mauvaise utilisation de l ’énergie, ainsi que les ressources humaines et matérielles.
