The constitutional value of the parliamentary commissions of inquiry was devoted by the most of Algerian constitutions ; the constitutional council has also given it a specific constitutional place ; despite this importance, these commissions have noted a feeble practice in the Algerian parliamentary experience, which is mainly due to the domination of one party in the one –party period , and parliamentary majority dominance in the multiparty period.
