Abstract EN
This research aims on how to use the resources and competencies theory ;as an analytical framework to show the role and the strategic importance of flexibility.
And we have concleded that flexibility is an organizational competencie that consists of a distinct mixture , a complex and highly interconnected network of resources, capabilities, and organizational competencies.

Le but de cette recherche est d'essayer d'utiliser la théorie des ressources et des compétences en tant que cadre d’analyse afin de montrer le rôle et l’importance stratégique de la flexibilité.
Et nous avons conclu que la flexibilité est une compétence organisationnelle qui consiste en un mélange distinct et un réseau complexe et hautement interconnecté des ressources, des capacités et des compétences organisationnelles.
