Abstract EN

The international conventions governing copyright especially the Berne convention ,have endeavored to provide the greatest protection to the foreign author by comparing it with the national author in the state for which protection is required ,once it has been published in one the member states ,so that it is a higher position than the national author in the case where protection is required for its work in the state of origin .Although the Algerian legislator has joined the Berne convention ,it is still far from keeping pace with the organization of the Center for Foreign Authors Judge ,and extent they enjoy intellectual rights in them especially since all of its articles are general and do not directly serve the subject.
