The contract of sale on designs is one of the most recent and important contracts included the transfer of ownership of residential or professional property ,many of states such as Algeria has adopted this recent model in order to fill some important needs for the citizen which are housing and providing work ,because of the privileges and advantages offers that made by this model of contracts.

But the citizen's need for housing and work make him as a victim of arbitrary conditions outside the law imposed by the promoter abusing and dictate the arbitrary conditions ,because he knows the weakness and the urgent need of the citizen for a house or local of work.
