the mass media especially the written press today plays a leading role in the lives of individuals and societies, they are expected to shed light on the obstacles to development and ways to overcome them with the presentation of plans and programs and dissemination and explanation of knowledge in order to create the public aware of helping to develop the society to ensure their well-being, and to solve problems resulting from the incorrect use of energy, and human and material resources.
