The attempt to understand the historical development of the Arab Maghreb since the early Islamic conquests, can't reach a well understanding unless the reading of that conquest and the handling the conquerors behavior towards the local people are pure.

This is in order to not seeing this land conquest image as a sword on the neck as the Orientalists want it to be true, when they talk about the fact that Islam was able to win hearts, or through those Arabic readings, which were absolute provisions on the rulers of the rulers and governors.

Certainly, there were fatal errors occurred by some conquest leaders, some conquerors, some rulers and princes, but we must put these errors in their narrow and limited space.

Because if it was the conquest real image, it traced what happened to Romans, Vandal and Byzantines.

The issue then is merely mistakes and not a policy or a strategy addressed to this particular land's people.

Furthermore, when we induce the historical sources we find that similar events took place in the East and Al-Andalus in the same period, in contrast to the bad image of the rulers who had sinned, there is a good image of the governors who behaved honorably, and had attracted the local people to Islam and sincerity.
