Abstract EN

Through 15/04 law on electronic signature and ratification ,we divided our study into two parts: First-electronic signature.

Second - Electronic certification.

Regarding the electronic signature :it does the same functions of a traditional signature but it arises through an intermediary a letter ,and it can take different forms.

Authentic and electronic signature has bestowed legislator Authentic electronic editors ,an authentic assessments for the traditional editors started ,through Article 323 bis 1 of the Algerian civil law.

As for the electronic certification :it means a technical safe to verify the authenticity of the signature or the editor ,so that is validated electronic signature through the electronic certificate .This last is issued by the intermediate or a third party or performer electronic certification services ,between the two parties dealers road-mail, and granted this certificate to the signatory and no one else.
