التعارض و الترجيح في مسائل من كتاب "الإنصاف" لابن الأنباري

Abstract EN

The study deals with the phenomenon in origin of Arabic grammar that is contradiction and likeliness between evidences grammar: hearing and measurement, through the practical application of two controversial issues in «AL INSAF», namely: the occurrence of the past verb as an accusative of the state, and the syndetic on the nominative connected pronoun without a break.

The issues were dealt by presentation the opposite evidences between two hearing evidences or two measurement evidences, or between one hearing and one measurement evidence, and then the likeliness according to the fundamentals of the origin of Arabic grammar.
