Abstract EN

This study seeks to achieve a scientific objective which is to study and analyze the planning, coordinating and innovative roles played by the charitable associations in promoting the national belonging of the beneficiaries.

It also seeks to achieve a practical objective which is to reach a theoretical cognitive framework that enables decision makers, specialists and experts to define the planning, coordinating and innovative roles that can be played by the charitable associations in order to design, implement, follow up and evaluate the social projects which will serve to promote the national belonging of the beneficiaries.

This can be achieved through two main themes: Charitable associations, and national belonging.

The researcher used the comprehensive social survey method of social workers and workers in the programs and activities of the charitable associations in Riyadh region.

The study community consisted of (190) individuals, they were taken through the comprehensive social survey from (124) charitable associations in Riyadh.

The study data collection was based on an interview form applied to social workers and workers in the programs and activities of charitable associations in Riyadh region.

The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software No.

17 was used in the statistical analysis of the study tool.

Scientific and practical findings were reached through answering the questions of the form.

A number of recommendations was suggested based on the theoretical framework and the findings of the interview form, the most important of which are: - To intensify training courses for the workers of the charitable associations in order to promote the national belonging of the beneficiaries of the charitable associations projects and programs.

- To provide a guide of the current and future social programs and activities carried out by charitable associations in promoting the national belonging of the beneficiaries.

- To hold meetings at the level of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arab and Gulf countries in the field of promoting the national belonging.
