Abstract EN

this study aims to clarify the most important efforts of the organization of the African union to ensure the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination, we divided it into three parts, the first part explained the efforts of the union conference and the executive council of the union to ensuring the right to self-determination of the Saharawi people, the second part of this study highlighted the efforts of each of the Africa and the pan-African parliament to ensuring the right of the Saharawi people, and the third part of this study has left it to clarify the efforts of the African peace council to ensuring the right to self-determination of the Saharawi people, and we concluded our study with a conclusion comprised of results and recommendations.
