The Algerian currency to reconsider the legal rules governing the economy, where laws were put in place to contribute to the development and diversification of the national economy, as well as other mechanisms and measures, for the purpose of attracting and encouraging investment through the provision of a range of legal guarantees; we also point out that the legislator set general and discriminatory rules for the foreign investor from the stage of establishing the investment project until it is liquidated through the exploitation phase; the investor, especially the foreigner, is facing constraints that raise fears that risk investment projects.
