Abstract EN

The essence of the activity performed by parliamentarians in Algeria basically depends on what they doing in the parliament through the legal system and of the constitutional amendment for the year 2016 .In addition to the Organic Law No: 16-12 organizer of the rules of both houses of the Legislature and their relationship to functional government, as well as their internal rules and this of course is attached by passing law projects or presidential orders initiated by the executive power without forgetting the role of the legislative initiative (proposal of laws) of the deputies and members, as well as the extent of activation of their control over the government.
