Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to identify the most important administrative obstacles faced by principals of primary schools in Hail, which relate to the head of the school and the school organization from the point of view of the sample members.

The research community consists of all the principals of the primary school in the city of Hail, according to the educational offices, which are (90) managers, including (47) Director of the South Office, and (43) managers from the North Office.

The study recommends the provision of equipment and equipment for the requirements of work in the school administration.

And provide opportunities for school principals to attend training courses on how to solve problems and mechanisms to find appropriate solutions.

And training managers in scientific research methods to be able to conduct studies on problems and obstacles in school.
