Temperatures are a critical component of the climate because of their obvious impact on the various human activities, clothing, food and habitat.

There is also a close relationship between temperature and climate elements, which are the main engine of the other elements of climate, while affecting and influencing those elements.

The study examined the spatial, temporal, and annual distribution of temperature and temperature.

The study revealed the factors affecting the distribution of temperature and showed that the height factor has the greatest impact on the spatial differences in temperature and its effect on horizontal urban expansion and the creation of the thermal island in the province of Al-Ahasa, the correlative relationship between temperature and other elements of the climate and horizontal urban expansion and its effect on temperature rise in the study area.

The study relied on a number of methods: the inductive extrapolative method, field visite, in addition to the use of some statistical programs for the study, namely ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, Excel; to extract different shapes and find the relationship between temperature and other elements and analysis horizontal expansions in the study area and map production.
