الذكاء العاطفي لدى طلبة مدارس المتميزين و طلبة مدارس العاديين في بغداد : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of Emotional Intelligence (E.I) among the students of distinguished schools and their peer in ordinary schools in the city of Baghdad, are there difference of statistical significance in E.I according to the gender variable between them.

The sample consist of (800) male and female students distributed equally from the regular schools and the schools of excellence .The researchers prepared the E.I scale for the sample and achieved the level of validity and rehabilitation acceptable.

The researchers used statistical data to analyze the data of the study Kai square.

Pearson correlation coefficient, T test for one sample, and two independent samples.

The results showed that there is a high level of Emotional Intelligence - in the sample of the research in general.

The absence of differences of statistical significance depending of the gender variable, whether the sample ordinary or distinguished student 's, there are significance differences - in students, there are significance differences in the level of E.I among the total sample for the benefit of outstanding students The study reached a number of conclusion, recommendations and proposals.
