Abstract EN

This study aims atshowing the impact of organizational learning strategies and supporting creativity in improving the performance of faculty members at the Algerian University, where we conducted the study on a sample of universities (Adrar, Chlef and Bordj Bou Arreridj).

the study found that the level of strategists is average in the surveyed universities and the respondents' evaluation of their performance level is high.

the study also found a significant correlation between the study variables.
