Abstract EN

The new role of the state based on liberalism and the progressive disengagement of the economic sphere, leaves room for the private sector.

the private sector plays an important role economically, but its action must obey to some rules in order to mitigate the negative effects of privatization.

the role of the state remains a role of a regulator to ensure the social protection, while the first goal of the private sector remains the pursuit of profit.
