The aim of this study was to identify the appropriate reflective thinking skills of Intermediate stage students, which should be included in textbooks for the study of Islamic Education Books (Student book, activities textbook) for Intermediate students.

Also, to identify the role of classroom activities in improving reflective thinking skills among students.

In addition to identify the difference between teachers responses refers to class.

It also aims to develop a vision to activate the role of classroom activities in developing reflective thinking.

This study was applied to 150 Islamic education teachers.

The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the data.

The results of the study showed that the reflective thinking skills consist of (44) skills.

The results also showed that the availability of classroom activities included skills are classified as an intermediate in all indicators with exception to three of them which were very high.

The study also showed no statistically significant differences between the average grades of teachers related to the classroom.

According to previous findings, the study ended with some recommendations and suggestions, Review and evaluate textbooks of Islamic Education (Student book, activities textbook) and activities classroom for intermediate schools in light of their included classroom activities.

Also, to determine the relative weight of the reflective thinking skills, thus achieving their balanced availability, and textbooks should be include classroom activities that commensurate with the trends, direction, abilities and nature of the Intermediate stage.

Also, stimulate the activation of reflective thinking skills.
