Abstract EN

The study aimed at deducting the patterns of the assertive behavior on the Holy Quran, determining the degree of practice by the students of the Islamic University in Gaza and revealing the individual differences on the practice of the assertive behavior due to the variables (gender, specialization, a cumulative average).

So, the researcher used two methods which are the deductive method and the analytical descriptive method.

The study's tool was a questionnaire applied to (243) students.

The theoretical results of the study showed that there are diversity and comprehensiveness in the patterns of the assertive behavior in the Holy Quran which are characterized by graduation according to the nature of the situation, while the practical results showed that the degree of the students' practices for the assertive behavior was large, and there are statistically significant differences at ( ( among the averages of the sample ratings for the students in the faculty of nursing but there are no statistically significant differences at ( ( between the students of the Faculty of Nursing and the Faculty of Media.

Thus, the researcher recommended that the researchers, in the field of psychology should deduce new information from the Holy Quran.
