The study aimed to examine the role of technological developments regarding the educational management effectiveness.

In order to achieve the study objective, the researcher adopted a descriptive analytical methodology.

The researcher also prepared a questionnaire, which was developed and distributed to a sample of (66] supervisor .

The data in this paper were analyzed by using percentages, frequencies, and standard deviation.

The study also used T-test for each sample in order to test the study hypothesis and to answer its questions.

The study found that technological developments have an role in the educational management effectiveness in terms of; strengthening the institution commitment with the community, creating the appropriate climate for cooperation and collaboration among educational supervisors, providing the necessary teaching materials and aids for the educational attainments of students, and competencies and skills of teachers, preserving the cultural heritage, and preparing a generation that is capable of meeting the needs of its community.

The study recommended that educational supervisors should be directed to access scientific and educational information, and training programmes carried out by techniques and technologies utilized in order to update their information and improve their performance.

In addition to holding workshops for students that deal with scientific research approaches, cultivating science-oriented minds through use of technology.

Finally, encourage educational supervisors and those involved in educational management to use of social media by the educational institution to motivate students and correct their misconceptions and nurture moral values.
