Abstract EN
Aim of the current study to define the degree of the effectiveness of the management of organizational conflict and it’s relation with the administrative empowerment of the secondary school principals in the governorate of Irbid from the teacher’s,the principal's, and the supervisor's point of the view.
Where the researchers used the Descriptive and Associative Surveys Approach in this study because it's the most appropriate for this kind of these studies.Where two questionnaires were used as two tools to collect the data for the study.
The first questionnaire was included the degree of the effectiveness of management of organizational conflict for the secondary schools principals and their teachers in the governorate of Irbid.
The second questionnaire was included the administrative empowerment fields for the secondary schools principals and the Community Study consist of the secondary schools principals, their teachers and the supervisors who work for the directorates of education in the goveronate of Irbid, which belong (190) secondary schools,(181) educational supervisors, (190) principals and (5700) teachers.
Also the study sample was included on (358) of responsive teachers, principals and supervisors in the directorate of education in the governorate of Irbid.
Which 5%of teachers and 15% of the supervisors and principals from the study categories from the eight Irbid directorates of education directorate of Irbid, Al Koura District,Bani Kenana Directorate, Al Ramtha Directorate, North Ghour Directorate and Third Irbid Directorate were chosen.
The study concluded a high degree in The Degree Of Effectiveness Of The Management Of The Organizational Conflict for the secondary schools principals in lrbid, also there is a high degree in the Degree Of The Administrative Empowerment for the secondary schools principals in the governorate of Irbid from view point of principals, teachers and supervisors themselves.
The results explain that there is a positive correlation relationship between the degree of the effectiveness of the management of the organizational conflict for the school's principals with the administrative empowerment from teacher's, supervisor's and principal's point of view.
From the results of the study: The two researchers recommended increasing the connection and the communication between the workers inside the school and the continuous training for the school's principals which relate with the management of organizational conflict in school.
