Abstract EN

Free concurrence is defined as racing merchants for excellence and market leadership.

On this basis , the free concurrence has principles and rules in which to play , and optimal values must be preserved .

The Algerian legislator has adopted two important principles which are the cornerstone of a free market economy : Free trade and industry and free prices.
