Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to diagnose and determine the strength and weakness of the correlation relations at the macro and micro level between the study variables in Iraqi banks ; as well as the disclosure of the importance of organizational justice and trust, and the role of each one of them in organizing the career life; besides meeting the challenges and pressures of the environment.

the study sample, which had been chosen randomly consisted of (315) individuals working in Iraqi banks.

the number of distributed questionnaires amount to(315), while (280) of them were retrieved.

the study findings indicated that lack of correlation between organizational justice and trust at the general level.
