Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the problems that face school administration.

The population of the study consisted of (450) teachers from both sexes.

The study sample consisted of (100) teachers from both sexes equaling 22.2%; of the study population.

The sample included (34) teachers and (66) female teachers from high secondary schools within Rabak locality.

The researchers used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool.

The researchers used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) in the following statistical methods: Frequencies, percentage and Alfa Karanabakh factor to identify the reliability and Person related factor for analyzing the validity and the internal consistency of the questionnaire.

The researchers has come out with reached the following results: The school management in the Ministry of education did not participate in educational planning and methods and setting the educational policies which caused to obstacles that lead to difficulties in achieving professional, Academic and managing objectives in school management.

If the personality of the head master is democratic, this is considered to be an obstacle for school management.

The regulations and measurements that govern and organize the educational process within Rabak Locality are not clear, and this is considered an obstacle for school management.

The researchers recommend the following: The school administration should participate in educational planning, curriculum development and formulation of educational polices by the ministry of Education, directors of Education in the localities each according to , its specialization.

Secondary schools’ headmasters should be properly selected and attention should be paid to their training.

There is a need to train school headmasters and teachers on educational quality standards and to put those standards into practice with, the help of the state.
