In this study, we decided to identify the most important social stratum: chronic patients, This is because the Algerian society today is witnessing rapid changes in the level of the frequency of diseases, so that we find a strong rise in the proportion of people with chronic diseases, the latter is a concern that threatens all the entities of society because it lasts And do not disappear automatically, as it affects all human groups as well as developed and developing societies through all rimes, and for reasons beyond the scope o f the individual in many cases, which may be considered the result of rapid development of civilization, herefore, this study aims to detect the factors causing these chronic diseases by focusing on some social pressures which may play an important role in the incidence of these diseases such as family and economic pressures, and double the danger is the activation of generic factors, which contributes to the acceleration of infection, Diabetics and blood pressure are the most common chronic diseases in the city of Laghouat.
