it touched all areas, including means of payment.

before the advent of electronic payment, all commercial transactions are complemented by money and quasi-money.

in the case of Algeria ; the application and generalization of electronic payment has had difficulties related to the low presence of banks in economic activity, administrative obstacles, as well as the lack of confidence of the Algerian citizen in e-payment.

for the legislative and organizational framework ; Algeria has put efforts in recent years.

the purpose of this article is to shed light on the current state of e-payment and their perspectives.
