And from which no society can achieve the goals of comprehensive development and meet its requirements in isolation from the university.

In this context, we will try to answer many questions related to the relationship that can combine the university and society, the most important of which is: What is the reality of universities today in the Arab society? Where does the university come from all the changes, revolutions and revolutions that Arab societies know? How do Arab countries view the role of the university and its contribution to development and the advancement of society? Will activating its role be able to understand these communities and from it to reach a comprehensive vision for the future and the project of a developed and strong Arab society?
