Abstract EN

This study investigates the way that Al- Imam Shafi'I dealt with the opinions of the prophet’s companions; by presenting a variety of texts from Al- Imam’s books alongside with the explanations of these texts by the scholars of AlShaf'i's doctrine, in an attempt to clarify the opinion of the Imam in his old and new doctrine taking into considerations the proofs and the evidences.
