Islamic mind criticism is the great intellectual project that Arkon has given his life; all his views are part of this great project.

We won’t understand Akron’s ideas except after meditating these project aspects.

Arkon distinguishes between two types of Islamic minds: the first is the classical type, and this type is the reason behind the Muslims backwardness and the decline of their Civilization role; because it is a repetitive mind of the previous opinions without criticism.

He has hypothesized several ways to recognize this mind, but he believes that the greatest representative for this mind is "The Message" book for Shafi.

This book is the backbone for this mind in his opinion.

The other type is liberal explorative mind that always criticizes everything (sanctities, taboos or axioms).

This is the mind that he seeks.

Therefore, he adopts a new approach in criticizing the Islamic mind, which he calls applied Islamism.

He broadcasts about its features and specifications.

He used this project to criticize and demolish all the Islamic constants and fundaments.

Because of the value of this theme, I want to identify this project aspects, I adopt critical descriptive approach in dealing with it.
