In this era, there has been a great progress in the means of communication and information technology, which has benefited many sectors and sectors.

The most important is the education that has invested this progress in an effective way either by integrating these developments into the traditional process or by creating a comprehensive advanced education based on the availability of communication means and technology High quality and efficiency, which is called many terms and concepts, the most common are online education, e-learning, distance education, continuing education, lifelong learning, digital education, virtual learning, learning communities, and other sucks The quantitative and qualitative weight of the technological revolution on education and all levels add to it the importance of accuracy as a broad and broad sector within the basic effectiveness of the development and codification of education and its age through its advanced uses and techniques adopted in curricula and decisions of education Despite the significant growth in education and training and the significant increase in the development of higher education, higher education suffers greatly in terms of learning, training and the noticeable increase in preparation.

However, this education clearly suffers from the lack of escape Training for multiple categories of people who are looking to achieve their aspirations.

The aim of this study is to identify the difficulties of employing e-learning in higher education in the Algerian University from the point of view of the university professors and to identify the challenges faced by the teacher in using the strategies of advanced digital education.

In this study, we used the descriptive approach through conducting an exploratory study by conducting a free interview with the professors of higher education to learn about their views on e-learning and its difficulties at the University of Biskra in the field of law, economics and social sciences.

By conducting open interviews in three areas that include questions to answer and to give their views on the most important difficulties they face.
